Dr. Courtney Lewis started Chatt-Town Veterinary Care to create a place where pets receive exceptional medicine, their people feel genuinely supported, and everyone is welcome to be part of the process.
We’re Chattanooga’s first open-concept veterinary hospital, which means you’re invited to stay with your pet throughout their care—from exams and treatments to surgery. You’ll see what we see, understand what we recommend, and have plenty of room to ask questions—including the one you remember in the parking lot.
We take medicine seriously, but we also laugh, teach, listen, and work alongside you. Every pet is different, every family is different, and we believe their care should feel personal.
Your pet will be treated like one of our own. We will probably become emotionally attached almost immediately. It’s fine. We’ve accepted this about ourselves.
